Bushings and sleeves are typically used in heavy-duty pumps and machine tools. Bushings offer complete protection for soft, brittle materials. They also enhance the strength and rigidity of the assembly in which they are used. Secure alignment of components can be obtained through our bushings and sleeves.

Bushings and sleeves are machined through rigorous milling and turning techniques. Our fittings can be manufactured to extremely precise specifications; with tolerances of ± 0.0001 inches and surface finishes to 16 micro. Secondary services like broaching, grinding, heat treating, plating, tapping, thread rolling and tumbling are offered to enhance and improve all bushings and sleeves.

Tornos Swiss Automatic Screw Machines, Bechler Swiss Automatic Screw Machines and Citizen CNC Swiss Turning Machines provide effective solutions in short lead times. Swiss automatic screw machines are fitted with cross tools that facilitate the intricate multidirectional cutting process. CNC Swiss turning machines use dies instead of cutting tools which are capable of cutting finer details in the parts.
