Minic Precision Inc. offers multi axis Swiss machining services that produce high quality precision parts with consistent geometric dimensions. From custom screws to miscellaneous precision fittings, we can help with the design of a cost effective, uniquely engineered solution.

Multi axis Swiss machining has many advantages when compared to other conventional machining processes. Simultaneous control over many axes of movement allows for enhanced production of parts, nearly eliminating the need for secondary operations. Also, this flexible process increases effectiveness, enabling manufacturing to much closer tolerances. Hard, stringy metals that are difficult to machine can easily be manufactured into usable parts with multi axis Swiss machining.

Minic Precision Inc. utilizes CNC Swiss turning, CNC milling, cold heading and CAM Swiss automatic lathing to machine inserts and standoffs to your custom specifications. CNC Swiss turning machines are computer automated to facilitate in the rapid prototyping and machining of parts. Swiss automatic screw machines use guide bushings, cutting tools and sliding headstocks that consistently machine intricate parts without any defects.

Precise dimensions are achieved through the use of our Tornos Swiss Automatic Screw Machines, Bechler Swiss Automatic Screw Machines and Citizen CNC Swiss Turning Machines. Also, we use Statistical Process Control (SPC) throughout the manufacturing process. All custom machines parts are available in diameters ranging from 0.010 to 1.00 inches and lengths ranging from 0.010 to 10.00 inches. Other specifications include tight tolerance values of ± 0.0001 inches and surface finishes to 16 micro.
