Minic Precision Inc. offers sub miniature machining services for the electronic and defense industries. Sub miniature parts that require precise dimensions are pins, standoffs, hinge pins, connector pins and electronic pins. We use high quality materials including alloy steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, plastics, stainless steel and titanium to machine our sub miniature parts.

Our Swiss automatic screw machines are equipped with guide bushings, cross tools and sliding headstocks, which can ensure the consistent cost effective production of small parts. Our CNC Swiss turning machines make use of CAM (computer aided manufacturing) services to fabricate parts directly from CAD designed outputs. This facilitates rapid prototyping and delivery of parts in low and high volumes.

Our electronic pins are used as secure fasteners in several electrical assemblies and printed circuit boards. Our standoffs are used as spacers in electronic components to prevent electrical shortages. Our connector pins ensure rigidity and strong support for their respective unit assemblies. Our heavy duty hinge pins are safe, durable and long lasting.

Our custom machined sub miniature parts are available with turned diameters from 0.005 inches and lengths from 0.010 inches, assuring a precise and secure fitting. Tight tolerance values of ± 0.0001 inches and surface finishes to 16 micro are available for all our products. Any custom design, whether it has a simple or complex geometry, can be machined with our Swiss automatic machines.
